Shipping Policy

MIMINON's products are stored in several warehouses. Our standard delivery service is applicable to USA. After you make an order, MIMINON provides professional services: Goods will be checked strictly before delivering to guarantee its intactness and quality. Then, they will be packed decently. These processes take 2-5 working days. After your order is shipped, you would receive a shipping confirmation and a detail order tracking message. 

We provide delivery at affordable prices, starting at $5.69 and increasing based on the weight and size of your order. Shipping fee will be shown at checkout page. 

After you have paid, your order cannot be modified anymore. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. If you would like to cancel the original bill and reordering, please note that you could only void your bill by emailing within 2 days of the original order date (the original order date is counted as the first day). Once you request to cancel the order 2 days later, it will not be accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Refund will be given within 4-6 weeks to the credit card account being used during purchasing. Handling fee and trading fee charged by Shopify will be deducted from refund. Handling fee of each purchase is from 3.3% to 3.9% of total amount of order, plus $0.30 trading fee. The specific fee depends on your credit card type and issued location. MIMINON does not charge any fees from your refund. 

If you wish to modify your shipping address, please email within 3 days of the order date (the order date is counted as the first day). We will immediately update your information and confirm your new shipping address through email. If you request to modify your shipping address 3 days later, it will not be accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience. 

Filling in correct and complete shipping address is the responsibility of customers. If packages are lost, broken or delayed to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, MIMINON will not resend the product, refund or bare any responsibility. 

Customs & Duties

  • Customers should pay customs fee and tariff of their purchases. MIMINON will not pay any related fee or bare any responsibility.
  • We must strictly follow International Shipping Requirements in order to ensure your packages are safely delivered to the destination.
  • When natural disasters cause product damaging or delay delivery, we will not bare any responsibility (natural disasters include but not limited to epidemic disease, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection).
  • Please make sure you will be waiting at your shipping address because you will need to sign for the parcel. If local post office requires you to pick up your package at the post office, you should take it by yourself. Regarding delivery issues such as lost, delayed or damaged packages caused by third-party companies or customs, we will not bare any legal and regulatory responsibilities. We will also not to resend the products or refund.
  • If you have any questions about import duties, regulations or the number of days required for customs clearance in your country, please contact your local customs office. 

MIMINON retains the rights of amending these Terms of service from time to time at our sole discretion. Please note that customers and visitors should check the Terms of service regularly in order to familiarize with the updated version. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Terms of service. In case of any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
