Do I need to register an account before shopping?

No, registration is not required.

What currency are the prices shown online?

On the MIMINON webpage, the prices are in US Dollars.

How can I check the status of my order?

Using your order number, email address, phone number or tracking number, you can track your order online here: Track Your Order.

Can I add items to my order?

After you have paid, your order cannot be modified anymore. We recommend you to place a new order online.

Can I remove items or amend items from my order?

After you have paid, your order cannot be modified anymore. It is suggested cancelling the original bill then reordering. Please note that you could only void your bill by emailing customerservice@miminon.com within 2 days of the original order date (the original order date is counted as the first day). Once you request to cancel the order 2 days later, it will not be accepted. Sorry for any inconvenience. Refund will be given within 2-4 weeks to the credit card account being used during purchasing. Handling fee and trading fee charged by Shopify will be deducted from refund. Handling fee of each purchase is from 3.3% to 3.9% of total amount of order, plus $0.30 trading fee. The specific fee depends on your credit card type and issued location. MIMINON does not charge any fees from your refund.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, you could only void your bill by emailing customerservice@miminon.com within 2 days of the original order date (the original order date is counted as the first day). We do not provide to deliver outside of the US. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Your payment is completely secure. All transactions are directly processed through our shopify payments. This payment platform is completely secure so you can be assured. 

What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?

We accept credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard and VISA for online purchases.

Why was my transaction rejected with credit card payment?

There are a number of reasons for credit card transactions being rejected. The most common one is due to failure in transaction authentication during online payment process. Please kindly contact your card issuing bank and ensure that your card is registered with Verified by VISA (VBV)/ MasterCard® SecureCode (MSC).

Can I pay in another currency?

The prices of MIMINON products are shown in US Dollar, and we only accept payment in US Dollar.

What are the approximate lead times for the delivery service?

Lead times do vary, but typically the lead times for the delivery service are between 8-15 days.

What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

For parcel deliveries, delivery provider may leave packages in a more secluded area of ​​your home, such as behind porch columns, landscaping, garage corners or doorstep. If your package isn’t found within these locations, you can inquire your nearby post office, and confirm that your mailing address is listed correctly. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us immediately at customerservice@miminon.com for assistance.
